-Continuos backup of the servers done to a RAID-5 NAS.
-PFSense firewall in high availability mode protecting internal network from external threats.
-Multiple fail over dedicated Internet links.
These initiatives have created a stable IT platform for our operations, providing data security, server integrity, data back-up, and secured access which has resulted in operational efficiencies and enables us to deliver our services seamlessly and without interruptions

SOFTWARE SUITE
We have partnered with a California based software developer with domain expertise in healthcare to custom design and build a comprehensive Workflow Manager Software suite. Our entire processing of Dictations/Transcribed reports is efficiently handled by this system. The system ensures quality, accountability and timeliness in our operations.
